The Porte Debit Card is issued by Pathward, N.A., pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Porte is a deposit account established by Pathward, National Association, Member FDIC. Certain products and services may be licensed under U.S. Patent Nos. 6,000,608 and 6,189,787. The Porte Debit Card can be used wherever Visa debit cards are accepted.

Please note that standard data rates, fees, and charges may apply. You must consent to receive electronic account disclosures in order to use the app.

  1. The monthly fee will be waived if you receive qualifying direct deposits totaling at least $1,000 within the thirty-five (35) days prior to the assessment of the monthly fee.

  2. The fee for adding money is waived at participating ACE Cash Express locations if you have received a qualifying direct deposit (no minimum amount required) within the thirty-five (35) days prior. This offer is subject to change, so please see store for details. Porte utilizes the Netspend Network, provided by Netspend Corporation. Netspend is a licensed provider of money transfer services (NMLS ID: 932678). Information about Netspend's licenses and related information can be found at www.netspend.com/licenses. Additional fees, limits, and restrictions may apply from Netspend and other third parties in connection with the use of the Netspend Network.

  3. There are no surcharges or ATM cash withdrawal fees for domestic ATM withdrawals at MoneyPass® ATMs (in-network ATMs). A list of in-network ATMs can be found in the Porte Mobile App. However, all other ATMs may charge an owner's surcharge fee in addition to the ATM cash withdrawal fee stated in your Deposit Account Agreement. Balance Inquiry Fees may apply as well.

  4. You can make up to $500 in fee-free cash withdrawals per day from your Porte account by using your debit card at participating ACE Cash Express locations. The $500 limit is calculated based on all withdrawals made at all visited ACE Cash Express locations within a day. A qualifying direct deposit (no minimum amount required) to your account within the last thirty-five (35) days is necessary. For more information, please see store for details. Although this feature is available at no additional charge with a qualifying direct deposit, there may be other transaction fees and costs, as well as certain terms and conditions associated with the use of this Account. This offer is subject to change and is not endorsed or sponsored by Pathward, N.A., or Visa.

  5. The claim of faster funding is based on our policy of making funds available upon receipt of payment instruction, as compared to the typical banking practice of posting funds at settlement. Availability of funds may be delayed due to fraud prevention restrictions, with or without prior notice. Early availability of funds is dependent on the payor's support for direct deposit and the timing of their payment instruction.

  6. After choosing a charity through the Mobile App, Populus Financial Group will donate an amount equal to 0.05% of every debit card purchase transaction made with your Porte Debit Card to your selected charity.
